As part of the artist development initiative Belltable:Connect, Belltable and Fishamble: The New Play Company came together offering a 10-month mentoring programme for playwrights and directors, starting in September 2016.
The Directors’ Mentoring Programme was led by Fishamble’s award winning Artistic Director Jim Culleton.
Participants were: Ann Blake, Alan Dalton, Elena Coderoni, Tara Doolan, Rebecca Feely, Sinead Hackett, Shane Hickey-O’Mara, Martin Kenny,
Mollie Molumby, Carol O’Donovan, Mike Ryan and Róisín Stack.
The Playwrights’ Mentoring Programme was led by Gavin Kostick, Fishamble’s Literary Officer and award winning playwright.
Mentees were: Niall Carmody, Helena Close, Diane Crotty, Bridget Deevy, Emma Fisher, Deirdre Flynn, Brendan Griffin, Louise Holian, Pat Hynes, Paul McNamara, Sinead O’Loughlin and Dermott Petty.
